Return and Exchange

OVERVIEW

We provide 45 calendar days (including all weekends and public holidays) on our Return and Exchange Policies that starts from the date of receipt of the delivery from our courier.


NON-RETURNABLE, NON-EXCHANGEABLE ITEMS

We apologize that for all our ear accessories (including earrings, ear studs, etc), we DO NOT accept any return or exchange due to hygiene purposes. This is non-negotiable.


RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Return

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be returned with its original packaging.

Customer is to bear the return shipping charges for the returned item/s for shipping back to us. (Please refer to Shipping Returns below)

The returned items will be exchanged to a same valued item (subject to stock availability) or reckoned into credits with Ahavah Living with a 90 calendar days (including all weekends and public holidays) validity.


Exchange

Customer is to bear the shipping charges for exchanged items for shipping back to us, whether domestic or international. Any “AHAVAH STARS” given for this exchange will not enjoy the complimentary domestic shipping for future use.


Return and Exchange

For return or exchange items, the complimentary shipping is not applicable for domestic delivery and is borne by the customer.

For international shipping of returned or exchanged items, shipping rates are subject to the current charges of the courier company. The shipping charges are borne by the customer.

Items are accepted for AHAVAH STARS or exchange if items returned in saleable and original condition within 45 calendar days (including all weekends and public holidays) accompanied by a sales receipt.

Original packaging (including the original packaging box) together with our complimentary gifts, if any, are to be returned as per our Returns and Exchange policy. All AHAVAH STARS that had been awarded for the returned purchase will be clawed back from the member's account. Some exclusions may apply*.

All sales items, promotion (i.e., seasonal or holiday promotion) items are not allowed to be returned, exchanged or refunded.


REFUND POLICY

We regret to inform you that we DO NOT have a refund policy. All returned purchase values will be credited with Ahavah Living and is subjected to a 90 calendar days (including all weekends and public holidays) validity.


ORDER CANCELLATION

Order cancellations cannot be issued once payment is made.


PRE-ORDER ITEMS

Generally, all ordered items are to be shipped together with pre-ordered items immediately upon arrival. However, if customer do not wish to delay their orders (both in stock items and pre ordered items in the same purchase order), do place two separate orders. We are glad to ship the ordered items first, and subsequently ship out the pre-ordered items immediately upon arrival. Shipping fees apply accordingly to the Delivery and Shipping Policy.


SHIPPING RETURNS

To return any purchased items, please adhere to the Return and Exchange policy as mentioned above and contact us to arrange the delivery back to us. (two options, cost and methods of both options of return will be advised accordingly).

Customer will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs, as it is being paid to a third party vendor, are strictly non-refundable.

If returning an item, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from customer’s AHAVAH STARS.

If you are receiving an exchange, the cost of the return shipping and the cost of shipping the new exchanged item will be charged onto you.
